How do I order customized uniforms or jerseys?

Call a Customer Support Rep at 1-888-551-9292 to guide you through the order process. Large orders are assigned an Account Representative who will work directly with you during the entire process.

What is the minimum order I can make?

For your first initial order the minimum is 10. All other orders after that there is no minimum order.

Do you offer a rush service?

No. We have decided to treat every customer the same in regards to their order. Therefore, customer orders are handle in the order they are received.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How much are artwork/setup fees?

We do not charge a setup fee if you supply your own artwork and it meets our standards. We do offer a logo design service at a cost of $79 if you do not have your own artwork. There is no setup fee with this service when you purchase uniforms.

Do I receive an art proof for artwork?

Yes. All artwork has to be approved before any custom uniform or jersey orders go into production.

What do I do if I need a logo?

If you are in need of a custom design and are purchasing a minimum of 12 pieces, Zulu Bravo Sports will assist by providing a personal artist who will create the artwork you desire. We will incorporate your color scheme and logo onto a proof for your approval. All artwork will be shown as a layout for print.

What do I do if have a logo?

Zulu Bravo Sports can show your logo mocked up on our templates to give you a feel for how you final product will look. We will incorporate your color scheme and logo onto a proof for your approval. We can accept your logo as an .EPS (vector file).

What is your Graphic Art Proof policy?

We strive for our graphics to match the Art Proof that you approve for your uniform items. However, we reserve the right to make changes and or corrections to your graphics that are necessary to allow for a finished product that closest resembles the approved Art Proof. We will NOT replace your items if a minor graphic detail is missing unless it has intrinsic value or alters the entirety of the uniform in a negative way. This will be at the company’s discretion. Our remedies for this type of issue is to refund your money for those items when they are returned or give you store credit equal to 30% of your purchase price for those items toward your next TEAM package purchase and allow you to keep the items in question.

Can I purchase youth sizes?

Yes. All of our items come in youth to adult sizes.

What is your Apparel Sizing policy?

Our company has an extensive sizing guide to aid in properly sizing your team’s players. If the instructions are followed properly, then your items should fit as intended or slightly bigger than normal. They should never be too small. If your items are too big then we can adjust them down one size for free. You will have to get an RMA # and ship them back to us at your expense. We will not replace items that are too small if they match our manufacturer sizing parameters as shown on our sizing guide and show no other defects from production. All sizes have a nominal tolerance of +/- 1”. 

What is your Color Match policy?

We strive for our products to match the most common colors. We focus on purchasing blank material that matches our colors as close as possible. They have all been color matched by our expert staff. Color matches on different materials is always a challenge. Our colors are designed to be matched outside in direct sunlight. One should not be able to see a large difference in color from a reasonable distance.

How long will it take for my customized uniform order to be delivered?

It varies. Once you Approve Your Art, Submit Your Team Information Sheet and Pay In Full, your order is sent into Production. Lead time for Production is usually 21 to 28 days to completion. Once completed, your order is shipped UPS Ground or USPS  to your address.

How can I check on the status and track my order?

How  do I return or exchange an item?

What if I received the wrong item or damaged item?

We will provide you with return postage. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then issue an immediate refund or replace the item as quickly as possible based on production schedule and inventory.
