Within 10 days of receipt of merchandise:
Consumer can request a complete refund of purchase price for the return of saleable merchandise. Custom/ Customized apparel is not considered saleable merchandise and is not returnable. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.
Within 30 days of purchase:
Consumer can request a free repair (if possible) or complete replacement (determined by Zulu Bravo Sports upon inspection of merchandise) of their returned merchandise for any reason other than sizing. Our decision will be based according to our company policies. Please see our Apparel Sizing Policy for how to handle sizing issues. Buyer will bear the costs for return shipping. RMA is required.
Within 1 year of purchase:
Consumer can receive a new, near identical replacement for a small nominal fee plus shipping charges on defective apparel. Merchandise does not have to be returned. However, photographic evidence of the defect must be provided and all fees must be paid prior to Zulu Bravo Sports shipping the replacement merchandise. New merchandise will have a new Performance Edge Warranty.
